About
My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.
After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.
Although we are beginners, Damian did an amazing job guiding us through poses and offering up alternative placement for Level 1, 2, and 3. The location was magical and the wisdom quote of the day was really enlightening and encouraging. Damian even offered me a better blanket to utilize and had cold bottles of water for us!

Talk about a magical experience! My fiancé and I loved taking a class with Damien to kick off our day. His flow and attention to detail made the class that more special. Highly recommend if you want a unique experience and a workout on your vacation. Definitely will do this again my next MIA trip.

This was the perfect way to start a Friday morning. A lovely yoga session on the beach in peaceful surroundings along with an experienced teacher. Sometimes we need this moment to be calm and at peace, having this experience at the beach made it 100x better than indoors! Great start to my trip to Miami and would gladly do it again.
